Shipping

After placing your order, fulfillment can take up to 3 business days to be processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow an additional 5-6 business days for delivery. During times of high volume, such as after large releases or sales such as a major Holiday or Black Friday, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be fulfilled. 

Packages shipped via free standard shipping may ship USPS or UPS from our warehouse in Alabama. We are not responsible for delays caused by any mail carrier, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind both weather and service related delays are always a possibility. 

An expedited shipping option is available and will ship by the next business day via USPS Express or UPS 1 or 2-day shipping.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Please process the return from your order for approval. Return shipping will need to be purchased. All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
